Why does Apple Watch no longer show the date?
Why can I no longer see today’s date on my watch. I don’t use Apple calendar

It will depend which watch face you have selected, and for each face the date is usually displayed in a complication which you can also change. Try some different faces or check the configuration of the one you are using now.
