I have been using an iPhone for several years.
They were 11, 12, 13 , 14 and now iPhone 15 for several days. I can't find anywhere, also on the manufacturer's page, the full instructions to, for example, be able to use the camera fully. For other manufacturers you can find the manual. You don't. It's a pity, I was loyal to the iPhone for many years and I don't like the others.
I don't need basic knowledge. I need information on how to use the iPhone 15 camera to get better images.

Here's the online iPhone User Guide. You can also find a lot of things by doing Google searches and seeing what turns up in the way of Apple Support documents.

E.g., if I had questions related to SMS/MMS messages, I might search for "sms mms iphone apple.com". "iphone" and "apple.com" would help to narrow the search and make it more likely to return Apple Support links.
For all other manufacturers, full instructions are available, either in the packaging or on the manufacturer's website. If I have my fifth iPhone, hailed as a technical marvel, I don't need an introductory manual. I need additional information, how to make additional settings, etc.

From the Table of Contents link on that page, you can get to the User Guide pages for many other camera-related topics.
Apple Stores organise free to attend sessions which includes information on how to use the iPhone 15 camera to get better images, like Photography on iPhone. Just download the Apple Sore app and tap on sessions choose your nearest Store and look which events are available.

I guess that you didn't bother looking at the Table of Contents that I mentioned. If you had, you would have seen links to pages describing advanced features – e.g., "Take Apple ProRAW photos", "Adjust HDR camera settings", and "Change advanced camera settings."
It's a very simple manual. What's the point of great cameras if you can't tell people better things about how to use them. Otherwise you have to look for everything yourself. It's when you've learnt the basics, you want to go further
