Keyboard and track pad marks on my screen

I recently bought a new MacBook PRO 14" at the end of March. I noticed in July that there are like little marks being made from my keyboard and trackpad on my screen. We are only talking about a 4 month old machine. I spoke to international support centre and they say it must be a manufacturing fault to be marked so quickly. I have had Mac computers since 2005 and I have never ever had this before. I still work on my old MacBook Pro 15" and it does not have this problem. I look after my equipment so well and my machine is not abused at all. I really need help please. Has anyone else had this problem and how can I chat to Apple head office about my problem as the distributor in South Africa is not good at all and this is a $4000 machine???
