Removing app on homepage for a short time.
If I remove an app from my iPhone 13 screen. Do i lose everything. I have money credits on it now

If you're just removing the app from the Home Screen and not uninstalling it completely, you should lose no app data.
If you do uninstall the app and remove the app data, whether you keep anything in the app would be up to the app developer and how that data is stored. For example, if they have you log in to the app, the data may be stored on their end.
