Autofill only offers two choices of credit cards. Can I change the order of the credit cards in my ipad wallet so it will autofill the two I use most? Or is there some other way to get the third to autofill?

The first card you add will be your default payment, you can change your default payment in Settings > Wallet & Apple Pay, tap Default Card, then choose a card.
