In order to properly understand why this may be happening, you may want to check that your Apple ID information is correct. A way to do this would be to go to Apple and try to sign in using your info there.


To do this, navigate to the shopping bag icon seen at the top right corner on the apple website, look for the last option when in the menu that says "sign in."


If you have trouble signing in to the website, you can always reset your Apple ID password. I'll attach a link for doing so below.
