I have 14.2.1 (23C71), and this still is not completely fixed. I can search for "FALSE" in my case, select search and replace, put "0" and then move around between them using the arrow buttons in the bottom right, but hitting "Replace All" does nothing. Even "Replace & Find" does nothing.

This is literally absurd. Is this abandonware? I have a deadline, and I'm spending hours on my Sunday trying to fix this. I have no choice but to tab through EVERY one of these and change them myself, hopefully not making a mistake. This amongst many other things is absolutely absurd. This should be Apple easy to use software, not an even worse version of the monstrosities that are already out there. Can no one make a simple spreadsheet for basic human beings?

It's understandable that you feel frustrated. But I hope you realize we are your fellow users here. Most of us cannot replicate what you describe. It appears to be something related to the hardware and software configurations of some users.

You might consider giving feedback to Apple via Numbers > Provide Numbers Feedback in your menu.
