I’ve read different sources that talk about noise cancellation. I can’t figure if the phone has it or not

iPhone noise cancellation is a feature of iOS 17 that is automatically turned on by default for iPhone 12 and earlier. This feature is located in Settings > Accessibility > Audio/Visual.
