I saw a vid how to use douyin in another country by changing your country region through App Store after that I changed it back to bitmap but then Apple Music now act like I dont have a subscription with my family work for everyone else but me asking me to pay for a subscription

In order to change your Apple ID country it is required to cancel any active subscriptions per the page Change your Apple ID country or region. This would suggest that you cancelled your Apple Music subscription each time the change occurred. You also cannot be a member of a Family Share group if your region/country does not match the rest of the group, so if you were a member at any point you would have had to leave to complete the changes you describe.
If you have changed your country a second time, ensure that you have rejoined the group if appropriate, and reactivated your access to Apple Music.
