My daughter previously had Apple Cash set up. It got locked. She is now set up under our family as a minor and it keeps telling me she has it set up but I’ve turned it off. How do I get Apple Cash set up for her

Ensure that the Family Sharing organizer and each member meets the following requirements:

• Turn on two-factor authentication for each Apple ID.
• Make sure that each device region is set to the United States.
