If I transition from an old iPhone to a new one will all my data including passwords be moved over?

There are a couple of options to ensure all your data is moved from your old phone to a new one.

• Restore a backup saved to your pc or Mac - Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support, section: Restore your device from a backup on your computer
• Use Quick Start to set up your new iPhone - Use Quick Start to transfer data to a new iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

Depending on the type of backup or features used in backing up your device, will determine the data that is restored. To ensure that passwords are restored, you'd need to have iCloud Keychain enabled or have an encrypted backup of your old iPhone on your computer.
