there is a weird blurred box that is in the Notification Center. This doesn't go away and I've tried to;
This is on Sonoma stable version (14.0). Any ideas on how to get rid of this?

See if you can drag it to the desktop then delete it. To delete widgets you have to open the widget gallery . Click on time, top right or Edit Widgets. Once that opens, you can delete the blurry widget
It must be a notification. There should be an elipse with three dots to “clear all”.
Otherwise you will need to use safe mode on your Mac to see if this can fix issues or help identify what’s going on. It might be login items. See instructions in the link. .
When you’re in edit widgets, does this blurry one not have a ‘ - ‘ in the top left corner to delete it?

Already did and It doesn't seem to be a widget. It seems to be that message of "Drag a widget here" but it doesn't go away?

Nope, see the screenshot #2, that is during the edit widget screen. I've noticed when notifications show up, it doesn't appear from the top left hand corner, but the second row. Like there is already an invisible notification which hasn't been dismissed.
The clear all didn't work. But did a safe mode boot and that seem to have cleared it. Thanks!
