Macos sonoma lock screen.
How do you change the type of look on the lock screen clock. It will make it nicer to have multiple different type of font.

Itâs not very classy looking! You will need to submit feedback and hopefully others do as well. I put up with this thick font clock for a whole year on iPadOS 16, finally we can customize it on iPadOS 17 and even chose colours and placement. So this might take awhile .

In case you don't know, you can turn off the clock in System Settings > Lock Screen > Show large clock.
I like the clock. â°
It makes me think people stare at the lock screen and screen savers more than they actually use their devices. đ
Some of us are concerned with aesthetics. The new screensavers are gorgeous, itâs a shame to login and use the desktop lol. đł
As a professional graphics designer and a former owner of a graphics design company, I'm somewhat concerned about "esthetics" as well. Yes, I'm in the U.S. đ
I don't live in the US. I live in Australia.
That helpful, but that's not what I was looking for.
That's good. I only pointed out where I live because of the different spellings of esthetics & aesthetics. And, I was replying to Vancouver22 đ

Yes, I know. I only pointed it out in case the clock bothers you.
My iPad clock is more âaestheticallyâ pleasing. I am in Kanata đ
I like the clock I have in Monterey.
I love that. Is it possible in Sonoma? I need to thin out my font on iPad more
It may be. I haven't tried it yet. FWIW, I made it with GeekTool.
Cool! đ
Apparently GeekTool runs in Sonoma. Just did a fast clock.
