Unable to view the missed calls while in charging mode in "full-screen experience" in iOS17.
While in charging mode , there is no notification if there are missed calls.

It sounds like you're referring to StandBy mode on the iPhone. You will not see the information for missed calls when in this mode. You will need to unlock the phone for this.
