Replacement for belkin ultraglass 2 screen protector for iphone 15

I need to ask you. We purchased an iPhone 15 with a Belkin Ultraglass 2 screen protector yesterday, October 9th at Apple Store, Orchard in Singapore.

We saw one scratch after it served as a screen protector.

The Apple personnel promised to replace them, however, there is currently no supply. back to the store for two weeks. That will be serving us when we return to the store in two weeks?
