I can’t get my library to come back from the cloud after I accidently deleted the Apple Music app for storage. How do I get my library back? I’ve been working on those playlists for 5 years.

If you're using Sync Library, your Playlists should still be available on all of your devices, but you may need to manually redownload the songs you had previously downloaded to your device for offline listening, if you had downloaded them. One way to check to see if the playlist is still present would be to use the Apple Music Web Player or check on another device where you use Apple Music. Is that playlist still there?
