Couldn’t able to update my iOS
When I try to download the 16.7, it says download and install, but when I press on it, it says, after a few minutes, “software update failed”.
P.S: I had two pending updates 16.7 and 17.03

If you have deleted the pending updates and still cannot update wirelessly please update via a pc or Mac instead
Update your iPhone using a Mac with macOS Catalina or higher
