iPhone 15 Pro still HOT
After the IOS 17.0.3 update my iPhone is still unbearably hot. Just charging it from my Macbook Pro heats the thing up to a point where I can't even hold it.
Does anyone else have this problem still?

I haven't checked how hot mine gets, because I put it in a case straight away. I also use the Magsafe charger. I presume you're using USB-C directly?
Something you could do is, use a USB-C cable that doesn't support Power Delivery (PD) charging. That will slow the charging rate, and the phone will not get as hot.
Last I looked, a lot of high-speed data cables don't support high-power charging and vice-versa.
