After all the Disney Spectrum disputes, my Apple TV spectrum app made me change passwords to get to ESPN. Now my Apple TV at my River shack won’t retain spectrum login since it’s not my primary address. Is this a new requirement, it says I have to login each time. Previously it retained the spectrum login.

Its the "TV Provider" section of apple tv that requires i login each time. I have 2 spectrum accounts, 1 at home with tv and internet, one at the second home with just internet. When i try to put in my tv provider on apple tv, the internet only account shows as my tv provider, and i can input my home account but it says i have to login each time if i use that account. no option to stay logged in with the home account
It’s actually the Apple TV that is requiring a login each time. It will only allow my home Wi-Fi to stay logged in as my TV provider. At my second home, it won’t allow it using the same account. It makes me login every time.

It sounds like you're signing in to Wi-Fi to connect Apple TV every time you need to use it since updating. Make sure you have Apple's recommended network settings in place.
