On thing you can try is to remove this email account from Apple Mail. Then re-add it.
Another thing you might try to help isolate what the problem is.....is to run Connection Doctor in Mail.
Mail > Window > Connection Doctor

When I update the system my outgoing mail will not work. I updated to Ventura 13.6 and now a message (cannot send message using the server...)
