How do I install update on watch 5
Trying to connect my Apple watch series 5 watch to iPhone XR and its wanting me to update the watch but what app do Install for the update ?

If the Apple Watch and iPhone are already paired, look in the iPhone's Watch app, My Watch / General / Software Update.
If they are not paired the update should happen automatically during pairing and setup of a new Apple Watch.
