Problem with sms

When texting a group chat, it does not deliver. And I can not see anything come through as well. In my settings for messages I do not see an option for group messaging.

iMessage group chat only sending at SMS I’m in a group chat with entirely iPhones and for the last 6 months it has been fine texting as iMessage. I updated my phone and now I can’t send anything from my phone at iMessage, only SMS. This is the only group chat it’s happening to. I can send iMessage from my laptop to the same group chat. I’ve tried having someone remove me and re-add me to no avail.

iPhone XR is not receiving group texts until much later I am in a group chat with my coworkers on an iPhone XR running iOS 17.1.1 . A mix of iPhone and Android users. Twice now I have received an influx of texts from the chat that were supposedly all sent at the same time when I know that was not the case and the conversation happened earlier. I am not sure how long it took to work each time. I was able to send and even react to messages after the 2nd time but could not initally reply when the chat was created. iMessage is turned on, MMS messaging is on, Send as SMS is on, Always Deliver Inmediately is on. Did not seem to be a problem with anyone else in the group chat. My carrier is TELUS and it does not provide the toggle to enable or disable Group Messaging. Not sure what is causing this and would appreciate a solution. If there is anything else I can provide to possibly help please let me know. Thanks!

Can’t send texts to a group chat Hello, Since yesterday I was unable to send texts to group chats with android users but I was able to see everyone’s messages being sent in the group. I’ve tried resetting network settings, checking if MMS messaging was on, unchecking message filtering, and deleting everyone’s contacts but nothing seems to work.

MMS is a phone carrier feature, report it to them.
