Since updating my iPhone SE3 to iOS 17 the battery has been draining considerably faster than 16. I am on the latest version 17.0.3. Even when not using it much the battery drains AT LEAST 5-10% an hour. The battery health is at 98% and I have not changed my habits or frequently used apps at all. The stats on the battery settings are generally the same. I used to be able to go 2-3 days easily on a full charge but that is no longer the case.

With your battery draining quickly, this could be attributed to new features. Make sure you're charging with an Apple cable and adapter or Apple certified cable and adapter.
Check whether there are any performance or battery issues identified in Settings > Battery > Battery Health & Charging. If nothing is identified there, you can see which apps are consuming the most battery life in Settings > Battery.
Update apps, offload, or remove and reinstall. You can find more battery optimization tips in Batteries - Maximizing Performance - Apple.
