My friend got me an apple gift card for me as birthday gift but he didn’t wait to active it and he can’t find the receipt also

In the Related Article Link at the top of this is the following statement:
Card is not activated
If you see a message that says that your card has not been properly activated, it might not have been activated by the retailer who sold the card. The best option is to go back to the retailer and try to resolve it with them.
If you need more help, contact Apple Support.
Your friend needs to do this. Apple won't help you. You didn't buy the card and you have no proof of purchase. So not exactly a stellar birthday gift from your friend, I'm afraid.
