Smart Keyboard Folio & RD client not working properly

I am using a Smart Keyboard Folio on an iPad Air 4th gen with RD Client so I can remotely work on my office PC. The letters seem fine but the space bar gives random characters. The whole reason to buy the Smart Keyboard was to overcome this bug when using the iPad keyboard which gave the same issues!!

Any ideas ?

If you use the iPad keyboard, or the Smart Keyboard without the RD Client active, do you still have the same issue?


If not, then this isolates the issue to the RD client. You'll want to reach out to the app developer, to see what assistance they can offer:

If the issue happens without the RD client being used, or installed, then this isolates the issue to the iPad itself. You'll then want to have a technician take a look at your iPad.
