tips on mac

When I go onto my macbooks screentime it's saying im spending every minute of the day on the Tips app but I dont have the tips app on my computer and there is no way i can close it because it seems to just be always using screentime. Im worried this will be ruining my battery. This is also only been happening since the sonoma 14.0 update.

What if you do a spotlight search for "tips"...

from the tips window—use the red pill button to quit the app
