How to prevent my iPhone clock alarm from playing songs/ music
All the answers seem to be how to stop music from playing. I want to prevent it from playing. I will set up an alarm sound it do not want a song to play.

It looks like when you set an alarm, the default sound is the last one used. So if the last alarm you set was a text tone/music, it will show that text tone/music by default. In this case you will need to set an alarm with the Apple tone you are looking for. Then alarms you set after that will show this tone by default.
Another caveat to this is if you already have alarms set for these times and the alarm sound is the text tone/music you don't want, delete them so you are not accidentally setting the wrong alarm. See How to set and change alarms on your iPhone.
To answer your question, you can't remove the option of music when setting up an alarm, but it will remember the last tone you set and show that as the default tone.
