Virtual Audio Device (leawoVADevice is messing up my DP11 music with a 9600kb sample rate.

DP11 keeps defaulting to 9600kb sample rate where songs are all 44.1kb. This LeoVA virtual device is the culprit, and I found it in System Settings/Sound/Input & Output. Problem is: it can't be deleted. It's not in Library/Audio/AudioPlugins and not in the Audio Midi Setup either. I'm using a Mac Studio M1 Max and the virtual device seems active and is resetting 9600kb sample rates where the files are 44.1kb. How do I get rid of this nuisance device? How do I delete it or uninstall it?
