Upgrading ram in macbook pro 13 inch 2020

You cannot upgrade the RAM after buying a MacBook. This was complicated, but possible in older devices, but Apple Silicon chips have the RAM built into the chip and upgrading it is not possible. You would have to buy a new MacBook with more RAM.

Just so you know, RAM has not been user accessible to be upgraded/changed on Mac notebook computers since the introduction of the retina display in the year 2012.
