Even though I am raising new bugs/defects in iOS or other areas on an iPhone then why it is neither resolved nor acknowledged?

I have been raising a same bug since last year, also I have raised two new bugs with detailed descriptions and supporting log/system files. Still I have not heard back from the community or Apple Developer team. Why so? Are the bugs invalid or are they not resolved yet? At least a status update would have been helpful to keep me updated.

No, I haven't used Bug Tracker. I have been using Product Feedback - Apple app on my iPhone.

It's not Bug Tracker. What you want is Feedback Assistant. There should be an app on your phone. You can also access the website at https://feedbackassistant.apple.com

However, you shouldn't ever expect any of the bugs that you report to be fixed in any timeframe. Apple decides which bugs to fix and when. Each bug report you submit is a "vote" for a particular problem to be fixed.

Apple's timeframe for fixing bugs is pretty consistent.

Severe functionality bugs in recently released updates will usually be fixed in a few days.

Active security exploits will be fixed within a couple of weeks.

Serious bugs that don't affect 10+ million people will be fixed in a couple of months.

Anything else might be fixed during the next rewrite of the given software within 1-4 years.
