new iOS not connecting to bluetooth MacBook Pro

Ever since Sonoma 14.0, I cannot successfully link to bluetooth devices. I have tried everything recommended. The speaker will give a sound signal that it is connected, and my computer will list it as connected, but no sound is transmitted.

Just update to sonoma this weekend.

The internal speaker works but nothing on the Bose bluetooth headphone when is connected .

I tried another bluetooth headphone and it works.

The headphone is working fine on my android tablet but didn't on my macbook air M1.

I solve the problem by cleaning the list of connection by holding the power button on the headphone and removing the bose bluetooth from the macbook again.

Then I reconnected and it is working fine now on both system.

This is really weird! Never had to do that.
