Enrolled in Apple Developer Program on October 2, 2023, but No Updates or Payment Withdrawal: A Concerning Situation

In October 2023, I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program and received an email confirmation stating that my order request would be processed within 2 business days, with a promise to notify me when my items were ready. However, it has now been 8 days, and I have not received any updates or notifications. Additionally, no money has been withdrawn from my bank account. When I check the Apple Developer Program, I encounter a concerning issue as depicted in the attached image.
