HOTSTAR SUBSCRIPTION

Upgraded my Hotstar plan from Rs. 899/- to Rs. 1099/-. While upgrading, Apple payment system said you’ll get the difference amount after the activation. But full amount (Rs. 1099) is deducted from my account. Will I get my difference amount or not? Can anyone help me explain?

Hotstar payment issue For Hotstar I had taken Rs 399 VIP plan. I upgraded my plan Rs 899 Super Annual plan. The amount was deducted from my UPI bank account. However, my Hotstar account still show the plan as Rs499 /year. But Rs 899 has been debited from my account. So i am not getting the facilities of the 1099 plan. When i contacted Hotstar team, they told that they cant do anything about this as we have subscribed for the plan through iTunes. So please let me know what to do next.

Subscribed for Hotstar via IPhone, Money deducted but nothing happened Initially I made a payment of Rs. 899/- for my Hotstar account via IPhone which is successful. And then I wanted to upgrade my plan. So I selected Rs. 1099/- plan. Rs. 1099/- is deducted from my bank account. Then at the final step, “An error occurred” notification has popped up. Then Rs. 1099/- plan is not upgraded to my Hotstar account. Bank statement shows I paid 1099 for apple services. I don’t know where my money has gone. Can anyone know what happened to my money?

Apple TV+ renewal $89.99 CAD but $111.87 off credit card? In canada, not sure how 89.99 became 111.87; tax max at 13% would make it 101.61. who where how might i ask? thanks!
