Family Apple Arcade Issues

My sister started up a family subscription for Apple Arcade. Every time I click accept invite, it says “Something Went Wrong, The data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the correct format.” No biggie, I clicked Learn More and long story short, it said I was already in the family plan.


I go to get something from the Apple Arcade, and it says I need an Apple Arcade subscription. When I go in my settings, it says I’m not in the family plan. However, on my sister’s end, it says I AM in the family Apple Arcade subscription. It worked for my brother just fine, but not my phone.


I’m not sure what the issue is… does anyone else know anything about this and how I could fix it?

We see you need help with accessing part of your Family Share that you do appear to be joined to. Based on the error you've received, and that you did confirm you are part of the Family Share, you'll want to reach out to Apple Support directly.
