How do I stop voice verbalizing letters I am texting?

I thought I was adding voice to text for messaging but I now have a voice telling me every letter I'm typin! Please help me remove this!

you may enable VoiceOver in Accessebility, that feature will speaks everything is on the screen.


To turn VoiceOver on or off, do any of the following:
