Editing Photos

Try sharing the same photo to yourself in a text, or to another iPhone user.

If it's working there, contact the third-party app developers, it's possible the only version compatible with them is that unedited version.

An alternative is to duplicate the photo like you want it, and try sharing that. Duplicate and copy photos and videos on iPhone - Apple Support

If the shared version to an iPhone user or yourself is also changing, please contact Apple Support https://getsupport.apple.com

Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities. We'll be happy to help with picture resolution. Are the pictures automatically changing resolution or are you editing them and then they change back when you post them to a third-party app?
