Recently I upgraded my 2019 MacBook Pro to Senoma and a few times while I was outputting a video in Adobe Premiere I have notice it really slows down and there is a Red Bar across the tip of the desktop where the Menu Bar is? It seems to go away after the whirling (you can really tell my computer is working hard) What is this and how can I get rid of it? Thanks!

The way you describe the issue it sounds like an Adobe anomaly. I suggest you contact Adobe tech support or ask in a Premier user forum.
