Balance Adjustment to $0 for what reason?

I was given a single dollar in 2021 to my Apple Cash account. I never spent it. It has just sat there. I don’t use Apple Cash. This was my only transaction to confirm the account was set up correctly.

The other day, the account dropped to zero for a “balance adjustment” but gave no reason. I paid no one. It was just taken out of the account, presumably for some administrative reason.

I’d like to know what rule allowed Apple / Goldman Sachs to take my dollar.
