how to place screenshot app on ribbon or desktop
currently i use spotlight to search for it then open it - im done with this!
now i want the icon directly on my home screen on startup how do i do this please?

The Screenshot App is in your Applications > Utilities Folder.
You can drag out the Screenshot App to your Dock or Desktop and create a Shortcut for quick access.
