Hello iseval,

We'd be happy to provide you with some information. You'll want to check that Find My network is turned on. You can check that by following the steps here: Set up Find My on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Mac - Apple Support

These steps may help:

Turn on Find My network for AirPods Pro or AirPods Max
1. Go to Settings > Bluetooth.
2. Tap the More Info button  next to your device in the list.
3. Scroll down to Find My network.
4. Make sure that Find My network is turned on.

If you need more help, we recommend reaching out to Apple Support: Get Support

Thanks.
