Issue with Beats buds when using Siri, after iOS 17 update

When using Hey Siri with my Beats Pro the phone will not stay connected to the ear piece but instead switches to the phone to where I don't hear the phone ringing or even know when the other party has answered their phone. I have to be looking at the phone to see when it was answered or have to switch to speaker phone then back to the ear piece for the call to be on the ear piece. This has only occured since switching to IOS 17.

Hi Taj1970,

The only thing we see that could potentially cause that to happen is Call Audio Routing. Check to see if you have an Accessibility setting enabled or not. Tap Settings > Accessibility > Touch > Call Audio Routing. if it is set to Automatic, tap Bluetooth Headset which should make it work with your Beats. Then test it and see if this resolves the issue. If not you may need to contact Apple Support for additional assistance.
