Sharpening Document Sent as JPG

In my work as a bookkeeper, some clients email or text copies of bills as JPGs. Very often, the bills are illegible as the letters are so pixelated. I have played with the editing settings in Preview, but that only works on rare occasions. A long time ago, I tried an app (I don't remember the name) that was supposed to convert JPGs into PDFs, but it didn't work. I've tried explaining how to scan documents using Notes if they have an iPhone, but no one wants to cooperate.

Do any of you have any suggestions about how to make a document that was sent as a JPG more legible?

Get this Serviced:

Take this to your local Copy & Print center, and have them perform this. If pixelated, then, perhaps, they can get things looking supreme.

Scanning to PDF:

A. Adobe Acrobat:

Using Adobe Acrobat, your can scan it, and then save it to PDF format: Scan Documents to PDF - Adobe

B. Microsoft Word:

Using Microsoft word, you can scan these in, and then save them as an eatable document. See here: Insert scanned text or images into Word - Microsoft
