I am trying to disable the TV app on an iPad for my kids and its not on the list of apple apps to enable/disable as with numerous other apple apps, is there a way to remove them from the iPad?
I already deleted them from the Home Screen but they are still there when you swipe all the way to the right.
Is there a way to restrict or remove them entirely from this iPad?

Delete a built-in app from your device
On your iPhone or iPad:
1. Touch and hold the app.
2. Tap Remove App from the shortcut menu.
3. Tap Delete App from the submenu.
If you have Apple Watch, deleting an app from your iPhone also deletes that app from your Apple Watch.
