iphone 14 os17 notification center goes black with red letters on landscape more

Basically, I wanted to lay my phone down side ways on the notification center screen so that i can keep track of something, but after a few seconds it rotated and went to a black screen with red letters and numbers, If i swipe left it goes to a Calander and clock and if i swipe right it goes to a large clock , And apparently there is a background behind it have set to nature but the nightness is locked at 0 so i cant see it , Its like looking at a nintendo Virtual Boy screen ,and i would like to turn it off.

Im on an iphone 14 running iphone os 17.

note while the screenshots show a background on the 9:46 image, in my eyes its all black screen shots dont show everything.
