Whose device is this? Your personal one purchased by you and only used by you? Or (more likely) a device “given” to you by your workplace or educational institution for your use? Or a device you’ve purchased on eBay or similar whose provenance is doubtful? If the former then remove the profile that’s stopping you from managing your own device. If the latter then reach out to your workplace or school IT department. If it’s the last alternative go back to where you purchased it from (if you can) and follow the steps here:
