Any new insights about wrist nerve pain associated with Apple Watch 8?

Like others who have commented on this, I've experimented with taking the watch on and off, changing position and tightness, etc. It is certain that the nerve pain is associated with simply wearing the watch correctly. I am now wearing my Citizen eco-drive that over many years has never been associated with the pain, and is not now. Only the Apple watch. I'd like to disable functions until I find the culprit. Any suggestions beyond wifi and bluetooth?

I have the exact same problem. It started out slowly but now it’s extremely painful all the way into my thumb top m underneath it. Also aches about 4 in into my forearm from my watch.

Since I made the comment about wrist pain, I have routinely turned off the WiFi function, and it seems to have solved the problem. A couple of times I noticed the beginning of pain, and checked to find that the WiFi had gone on automatically (as it annoying does when changing location). And I still have stopped wearing the watch at night. All of this is subject to placebo effect either in the symptoms or in the cure, but the pain was real, so I'm happy with its departure via placebo or not.
