iPhone 15 pro max fineWoven case swollen in 7 days

i bought iPhone 15 pro Max 1TB for our blogging needs (Techno-Drive), first time we switched from Android flagship to iOS since last 15 years, bought most secured costly finewoven case for the same. used for a week , with small water droplet , fineWoven case swollen and deformed, not going back in original shape.

complained to Unicorn premium apple reseller, asked 2 days of time, no resolution provided waiting for more than 3 days now. not happy with support quality even within a week of purchase.

Absolutely! it deserves warranty case.

retailer said water damage (of mobile case) is not covered , this is the level of apple support. i think soon company will be selling insurance plans for the cases as well, whereas cases are made to protect the phone, now need to protect the case from environmental exposure. what the intelligent response of apple & their premium authorised partners so called (Unicorm premium reseller)..
