Refund apple account credit seems to be not possible. Is this correct or is there a way to request a refund?
Seems like I cannot request a refund via the usual channels.

User may request a refund for digital items or services purchased accidentally or unintentionally, or if they don't work (as intended). When approved, refunds will then be transferred back to the original payment method as used for that purchase (e.g. account balance).
Apple ID account balance cannot be transferred to other accounts or payment methods. It has to be spend in the iTunes Store or App Store on digital goods and services.
