why is the icloud web page blank using win10 and

Using the link http://www.icloud.com brings up a page that display "icloud" in the upper left, three dots in the upper right and nothing else.

I am using either the chrome browser or bing on a win10 laptop.

I am able to bring up the icloud website (using the same link as I show above) on my android phone using the chrome browser.

Why do I get the blank page when trying to load the icloud website on my laptop and how do I get it to display so I can download pictures and videos onto my laptop ?

Hello FoofieQuaf,

It sounds like you have issues accessing the iCloud website from browsers on your PC. In this case, we'd try to clear the history of one of the browsers and try it again. You can use these steps to clear Chrome history: View & delete your Chrome browsing history

If that doesn't work, you can try to use related steps here for a solution: Resolve issues between iCloud for Windows or iTunes and third-party security software

Should you continue to have issues, then it would be best to contact Microsoft for a solution: Microsoft Support They would need to take it from here.

I have the same issue and confirmed my security software is not blocking. I even temporarily turned off my firewall rules to ensure icloud wasn't suddenly using offshore services from the countries I block (Iran, Nigeria, India, China, etc).
