can I backup using mobile data not wi-fi
Im trying to backup iCloud without using Wi-Fi, is there any chance that I can use mobile data

The only way to create an iCloud backup is to use Wi-Fi. You'd want to follow the steps in this helpful article: How to back up your iPhone or iPad with iCloud - Apple Support
There is not a way to do this without Wi-Fi.
